2, 4-dichloro-3, 5-dimethyl phenol （DCMX）for cosmetics

2 4 dichloro 3 5 dimethyl phenol is sparingly soluble in water and freely soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, isopropanol and glycerol. The product is an efficient broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent, and has strong killing and inhibiting effects on many pathogenic microorganisms.

Performance characteristics:

Anti-bacteria and anti-mildew: it has excellent killing effect on gram-positive bacteria such as bacillus subtilis and negative bacteria such as escherichia coli, and superior killing effect on molds such as aspergillus Niger and aspergillus aflatus.

Stability: DCMX phenol has stable structure and can be stored conventionally.

Application:

It is used as anti-mildew and antibacterial agent, can be widely used in personal care products and film, glue, oil, textile, paper and other industries.

In personal care products, such as soap, shampoo, body wash and other daily chemical industry application and dosage: disinfectant 4.5-5%, hand sanitizer 1%, soap 1-2%, body wash 2%.

Usage and Dosage

(1) When prepared, it could be dissolved by 1.0-5.0% of castor oil soap surfactants.

(2) When used for mildew prevention of leather, the product can be added into tanning liquid in a certain proportion, and also can be directly dissolved in organic solvents and sprayed on the processed leather. The suggested dosage is 0.2-0.5%.

(3) Soluble in 6501, AE07, alcohol, tx-10 and other non-ionic surfactants.

Packaging: 20 kg/cardboard barrels, lined with polyethylene bag.
