Mixture biocide of Isothiazolinone & DBNPA ( Named WL-20 Biocide)

WL-20 Fungicide is a classic and economical synergistic bactericidal preservative, broad-spectrum bactericidal and antibacterial (bacteria,yeast,mold), which is specially developed by our company for water-based products. It can quickly sterilize bacteria and have long-term antibacterial effect, and is now widely used in water reducing agent, papermaking and other industries.

Usage / Compatibility

1) It can be added at any stage of the production process, but it is recommended to add it as early as possible in the production process. And it should be noted that the temperature, Ph value and redox potential at the time of adding will not affect the stability of this product. When using this product for the first time, users are advised to experiment.

2) It couldn't be used in alkaline system, free formaldehyde will be produced in alkaline system, and the anticorrosion will fail;

3)The amount of bactericidal preservatives is adjusted according to the environment and temperature changes. When the temperature is high, the amount should be increased appropriately.

4) It will work better with our other biocide of DBNPA20.

Application/ Dosage

Rapid sterilization and long-term antibacterial, widely used in water reducer, paper and other industries.

The recommended concentration is 0.05%-0.3%, depending on the applied product and its environmental conditions.

It can be miscible with any proportion of water and can be added to the system dururing any process.

Packaging &Storage

Packing: 25kg plastic barrel; 200kg plastic barrel;1000kg IBC drums.

Storage: Store in original container, avoid extreme temperatures. It is easy to frost and may not be clear when the temperature is lower than 1°C. But as soon as the temperature rises, the product will immediately return to clearness without affecting the performance.

Shelf life: One year (20°C).

Transport Mode:

Multipletransportation methods can be selected, Sea Transport, Air Transport, Express Transport and Railway Transport. The transport method will be done according to customers' request. Our priciple is to delivery the goods reached to customers with shortest time and ecomomic transport mode, safe and fast.
