Product overview:

IPBC powder is an environmentally friendly and low-toxic fungicide with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and strong inhibitory effect on yeast, mold and yeast. It can provide excellent dry film and mildew protection for indoor and outdoor paints, coatings and wood anti-corrosion. It can also be used as a strong fungicide in ink, lubricating oil and metalworking fluid.

Characteristic

This product is extremely insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as propylene glycol (25.2g/100g, 25°C), ethanol (34.5g/100g, 25°C). It is stable in the range of Ph=4-9 and is compounded with almost all surfactants.

Applications:

IPBC-Solid provides a wide spectrum of antibacterial activity against mildew and microzyme and algae. It is effective with other preservative materials, especially Methylparaben,Propylparaben.Diazolidinyl Urea, Kathon and BNPD. This combination is a complete cosmetic preservative system that is effective at protecting well-formulated products from bacterial, yeast, and mold contamination during product use. Safe for both leave-on and rinse-off products such as cream, hair conditioners, suntan products, baby products etc. Can provide effective protection at low concentration levels (0.005-0.05%). Compatible with most cosmetic ingredients, including surfactants, proteins, and other special ingredients.
1)Its optimum pH range of use is 4~10, It should be added at the lowest temperature (≤50^oC) if possible.
2)Out of direct sunlight and tightly closed in storage and using.

Packaging and storage:

The product is packaged in 25 kg paper drums.

This product should be stored in a dry and cool place. Stable storage for 2 years at room temperature

Precautions:

1). During perators must wear protective clothing, rubber gloves and eye masks and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.

2). Once in contact with the skin, immediately wash with plenty of water and soap, accidentally splash into the eyes, and immediately wash with plenty of water and buffer solution.
