CD35 Rapid Bactericidal Preservative is a new generation of synergistic bactericidal preservatives that are free of formaldehyde and formaldehyde-releasing agents. It offers broad-spectrum bactericidal and antimicrobial properties (bacteria, yeast, and mold). It is one of our innovative products.

Appearance: Colorless to slightly yellow liquid
Odor: Characteristic odor
pH of 10% solution (20°C): 1.0-6.0
Solubility: Easily soluble in water, most low-molecular-weight alcohols, and ethylene glycol
Application Stability: Suitable for use at a pH of 2.0-8.5 and temperatures not exceeding 40°C
Ingredients: Isothiazolinone and dibromocyanoacetamide (CMIT, DBNPA)

Bactericidal Properties:
CD35 fast-acting preservative exhibits excellent bactericidal properties and synergistic effects. It exhibits broad-spectrum bactericidal activity against bacteria, molds, and yeasts that can cause contamination and degradation of water-based products, providing rapid and long-lasting bactericidal activity.
Application/Dosage
1) The recommended concentration is 0.05%-0.3%, depending on the product being used and the environmental conditions.
2) It is miscible with water in all proportions and should be added to the system as early as possible.
Instructions/Compatibility
1) It can be added at any stage of the production process, but it is recommended to be added as early as possible. The temperature, pH, and redox potential at the time of addition must not affect the stability of this product. When using this product for the first time, users are advised to conduct experiments.
2) It should not be used in alkaline systems.
3) The dosage of the antiseptic should be adjusted according to environmental and temperature fluctuations. In high temperatures, the dosage should be increased appropriately.
4) If disinfection of equipment and pipelines is required, the dosage may be increased appropriately.
