Polyaspartic acid (PAA) was first synthesized by Donlar in the United States and won the 1996 U.S. Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award. It is now widely used in the U.S., and Bayer and BASF in Germany have also achieved large-scale production. Our factory, in collaboration with the State Key Laboratory of Nankai University, developed PAA production technology and achieved industrial-scale production in China. PAA production capacity is 6,000 tons/year, with automated equipment and diverse testing methods.

PASP has wide application in the field cosmetics, water treatment, agricultural fertilizers;

1). As a scale and corrosion inhibitor, polyaspartic acid is widely used in industrial circulating water, boiler water, reverse osmosis water, oil field water, seawater desalination and other water treatment fields. It has high hardness, high alkalinity, high PH, high concentration Excellent performance in multiple systems, polyaspartic acid scale inhibition effect is better than commonly used phosphine-containing scale inhibitors. Polyaspartic acid and PBTCA have a synergistic effect after compounding. The formulated composite corrosion and scale inhibitor has good corrosion and scale inhibition performance, and can be used as a dispersant in the papermaking, printing and dyeing, and washing industries; as a humectant in the field of daily chemicals.

2). Polyaspartic acid can be used as a new type of daily chemical additives and various non-toxic and non-polluting special fine chemicals due to its environmental protection characteristics.

3). Polyaspartic acid can be used as a nutrient absorption enhancer in agriculture.
