Dry film antifungal agent

CO-36 dry film antifungal agent is a new generation of multi-component composite product that does not contain AOX and does not add formaldehyde or formaldehyde releaser. The composition is compounded by benzimidazoles, octylisothiazolinone and other auxiliary agents, and it is an anionic fungicide product. Used as antifungal agent for industries such as materials, bamboo and wood products and adhesives.

Appearance: Milky white dispersion

Odor: Slight

PH(20℃): Neutral

Solubility: almost insoluble in water

Application stability: The suitable use conditions are PH value 4.5-10.0 and temperature not exceeding 100℃.

Bactericidal properties

CO-36 dry film antifungal agent is highly effective against bacteria, mold and yeast in compliance with relevant international regulations.

Application / Usage

1) paint;

2) adhesive;

3) Recommended concentration: dry film anti-mildew dosage: 0.3%-1.5%, depending on the applied product and the environmental conditions under which it is used. Case sharing: The customer added 0.4% to the paint, and the anti-mildew grade was zero.

Shelf life: 12 months (20°C)

Storage: Store in original container and avoid extreme temperatures.

Quality Inspection Center

Sinotrust Chemical Co.Ltd strictly control goods quality, each lot must be strictly inspected by QA dept. The goods will be allowed to leave factory only after quality qualified. Meanwhile the sample for each lot will be kept in lab at least one year. When issues happened, we or the third authority party could reinspect.

Before new customers issue order, free sample will be supplied for test. And we ensure the sample quality is same as bulk quality.
